We have pleasure in announcing that we are offering Flyer Bows made of carbon fiber composites under cooperation with Lian Company Ltd., who accomplished the manufacturing process in Taiwan, then performed the assembling in China. The arrangement enables us to deliver flyer bows fitted with our diamond polished bow guides under one roof, which effectively extends the scope of our services and shortens the lead time.
Expedited delivery
The carbon fiber composite flyer bows are injection molded, cured in autoclaves prior to machining. Different bows require a dedicated mold. At Lian, molds for commonly installed bunchers, stranders, twisters are stocked, which expedites the delivery. Wear strips in spring steel, plain or chromium plated or stainless steel, are available to fit the bow(s) of your choice.
